Each floor is serviced by six high-speed passenger lifts equipped with access control readers monitored by the building's management system.
A dedicated goods lift is also provided to avoid unnecessary delays with passenger lifts.
For climate-control each floor has up to 17 independently adjustable air conditioning zones. The building's management system monitors and controls the air conditioning at all times. It can be programmed to respond outside office hours via telephone directly by a tenant.
