High-speed lifts, state-of-the-art climate controlled air conditioning, advanced telecommunications and electrical and security systems provide Exchange Plaza with a modern and efficient working environment.
Security System
The security system is of the highest order, providing 7 days per week on-site security, both day and night. The foyer is staffed by a full-time commissionaire during business hours.
Conference Centre
Exchange Plaza has a multi-functional Conference Centre facility located on Level 8 and includes audio, visual and kitchen facilities.
Price of hire for tenants: $120 per hour plus GST
$650 for full day plus GST
Price of hire for non-tenants: $170 per hour plus GST
$970 for full day plus GST Fitness Centre Gym membership is complimentary to all staff of tenants participating in the Exchange Plaza Corporate Programme. Lifts
Each floor is serviced by six high-speed passenger lifts equipped with access control readers monitored by the building's management system.
A dedicated goods lift is also provided to avoid unnecessary delays with passenger lifts.
Climate Control
For climate-control each floor has up to 17 independently adjustable air conditioning zones. The building's management system monitors and controls the air conditioning at all times. It can be programmed to respond outside office hours via telephone directly by a tenant. |
